About Us

Peaceful Easy Meditation was founded by Rob Chitwood. Rob was a chronic pain patient for 7 years and suffered from extreme neuropathy in his feet and was unable to walk without the assistance of crutches or a knee scooter for 2 years. After surgery, medication, and spinal injections, Rob turned to meditation in hopes that it would offer something that traditional medicine was unable to address. Through practice, he managed to get his severely overtaxed nervous system back to a much lower baseline level and was eventually able to walk 3 miles a day. For the first time in years, he started to experience relief from the vicious loop of pain, anxiety, and depression.

Rob determined that if he could heal himself and get better, then he would share meditation and help others in their own journey to wellness.

Rob logged 400 hours of study before becoming a Certified Meditation Instructor and has led daily meditations since 2020 in the hopes of helping people alleviate anxiety and suffering.

Our Services

Peaceful Easy Meditation hosts live events and online meditation sessions.  We have daily Zoom meditation sessions Monday - Friday from 10:30 AM - 11 AM PST. This daily service is provided free of charge, but donations are always appreciated if possible. Donations can be made via Venmo to user name @RobChitwood
